Eiddo

Nid tasg fach yw cynnal a chadw ein hadeiladau eglwysig. Mae llawer o'n hadeiladau yn hynafol ac mae angen eu hatgyweirio'n gyson. Er mwyn sicrhau bod y gwaith priodol yn cael ei wneud a'i wneud yn iawn, mae gennym broses drylwyr ar waith. Ar y dudalen hon fe welwch wybodaeth am wneud cais am gyfadran, ceisiadau cyfadran cyfredol ac, ar waelod y dudalen, arwydd diogelwch mynwentydd.

Cais am Hawleb

Dylai pob cais am hawleb gael ei gyflwyno drwy'r System Hawleb ar y wê.

Mae'r rhan fwyaf o geisiadau nawr yn cael ei gyflwyno gan benseiri yr Ardaloedd Weinidogaeth ond gall arweinydd yr Ardaloedd Weinidogaeth enwebu eraill i gofrestru i ddefnyddio'r system drwy ebostio Katie Gill.

Ceir Canllawiau ar sut i gofrestru i'r system yma

Categorïau caniatâd

Mae yna nawr dri categori caniâtad ar gyfer gwaith adeiladu eglwysi.

Rhestr A

Mae Rhestr A yn cynnwys gwaith cynnal a chadw arferol ag atgyweiriadau 'tebyg i degyb' bychain. Mae rhai amodau ar waith sy'n cael ei wneud o dan Rhestr A nad ydynt angen caniatâd gan y Cofrestrydd neu hawlb gan y Canghellor. Mae'n arferiad da nodi'r gwaith hyn ar y System Hawleb ar y wê.

Rhestr B

Mae Rhestr B yn cynnwys gwaith syml sy'n cael dim effaith neu ychydig iawn o effaith ar ffabrig hanesyddol yr eglwys. Mi fydd angen caniâtad gan y Cofrestrydd a mi fydd rhai amodau yn gysylltiedig gyda'r gwaith sy'n cael ei gysidro yn Rhestr B

Mi fydd rhai or gwaith yn Rhestr B yn dwad ir amlwg o adroddiadau Ezra a felly bydd cais o dan Rhestr B yn cael ei gyflwyno gan penseiri'r Ardaloedd Weinidogaeth. Mi fydd gwaith eraill Rhestr B yn dwad ir amlwg ar sail 'yma ag acw' a bydd Tîm Deiniol yn cynorthwyo eraill i gyflwyno cais ar y System Hawleb ar y wê. Pan na fydd cais yn cael ei gyflwyno gan bensaer yr Ardal Weinidogaeth, bydd pensaer yr Ardal Weinidogaeth yn cael gwybod am y cais.

Gwaith Rhestr A a B wedi rhestru yma.

Hawleb cyflawn

Mi fydd unrhyw waith heb ei nodi ar Rhestr A neu B angen cais hawleb gyflawn. Disgwilir i bob cais hawleb gyflawn gael ei gyflwyno gan pensaer yr Ardal Weinidogaeth.

Mae pob cais hawleb cyflawn yn cael ei gysidro gan y Pwyllgor Eiddo, ag os yw'r Pwyllgor Eiddo yn fodlon gyda'r cais, yna mi fydd yn cael ei argymell ir Cangellor i gymeradwyo.

Ceisiadau presennol dros hawleb

Mae'r ceisiadau ffacwlti canlynol wedi'u cyflwyno i gael eu hadolygu yng nghyfarfod nesaf y Pwyllgorau Eiddo.

Gellir gweld y ddogfennaeth a'r cynlluniau mewn perthynas â chais trwy gysylltu â Katie Gill.

Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar gais at Katie Gill a bydd y rhain wedyn yn cael eu nodi ar y cais.

Arwydd diogelwch mynwent

I ddiogleu aelodau or cyhoedd wrth ymweld a'n mynwentydd, lawrlwythwch yr arwydd a'i arddangos yn eich eglwys os gwelwch yn dda.

Property

The upkeep and maintenance of our church buildings is no small task. Many of our buildings are ancient and require constant repair. To ensure the appropriate works are carried out and are done properly we have a rigorous process in place. On this page you will find information about applying for a faculty, current faculty applications and, at the bottom of the page, a churchyard safety sign.

Applying for a faculty

All faculty applications are now submitted using the Online Faculty System.

The majority of applications are now submitted by Ministry Area architects however Ministry Area leaders are also able to nominate others to register to use the system by emailing Katie Gill

Guidance on how to register on the system can be found here

Categories of permission

There are now three categories of permission for works to church buildings.

List A

List A contains works of routine maintenance and minor like for like repairs. There are some conditions on works being conducted under List A but they do not require permission from the Registrar or a faculty from the Chancellor. It's good practice to log these works on the Online Faculty System.

List B

List B contains works which are straightforward and that have little or no impact on the historic fabric of the church. They require permission from the Registrar and there are some associated conditions on works being considered as List B.

Some List B works will emerge from Ezra reports and therefore a List B application will be submitted by the Ministry Area architect. Other List B works will emerge on an ad hoc basis and Tîm Deiniol will support others in submitting applications on the Online Faculty System. When applications are not made by the Ministry Area architect, the Ministry Area architect will be informed of the application.

List A and B works are listed here.

Guidance on how to submit a List A or B application can be found here.

Full faculty

Works which are not included in List A or List B require a full faculty application. It is expected that most full faculty applications will be submitted by Ministry Area architects.

Full faculty applications are considered by the Property Committees, if the Property Committees are content with an application, it is then recommended to the Chancellor for approval.

A guide to FAQ regarding faculty applications can be found here

Guidance on how to submit a full faculty application can be found here.

Current Faculty Applications

The following faculty applications have been submitted to be reviewed at the next meeting of the Property Committees.

Documentation and plans regarding an application can be viewed by contacting Katie Gill.

Comments on an application should be sent to Katie Gill and will then be noted on the application.
