Mae'n Prosiectau Ieuenctid Arloesol wedi'u disgrifio'n fwriadol fel rhai arloesol i gydnabod bod angen inni dorri tir newydd yn ein hymgysylltiad â phobl ifanc. Y gobaith yw y bydd prosiectau'n arloesi wrth ddatblygu ymgysylltiad â phobl ifanc sy'n mynd y tu hwnt i waith ieuenctid traddodiadol, a gan ystyried ffyrdd creadigol a gweledigaethol o ysbrydoli pobl ifanc am fywyd llawn ffydd.

Bydd y prosiect hwn yn canolbwyntio ar brosiectau penodol o fewn Ardaloedd Gweinidogaeth Bro Cadwaladr a Bro Dwynwen. Bydd ffocws ar ddatblygu ymgysylltiad â phobl ifanc o'r ardal sy'n mynychu Ysgol Gyfun Llangefni ac Ysgol David Hughes ym Mhorthaethwy.

Tasg gyntaf y Gweithiwr Ieuenctid Arloesol fydd cwmpasu a datblygu siâp prosiectau mewn sgwrs gyda'r grwp Addysg ac Ymgysylltu a Chynghorau Ardaloedd Gweinidogaeth Bro Cadwaladr a Bro Dwynwen.


Prif delerau

  • Cynigir y swydd o dan y telerau a’r amodau cyflogaeth sy’n gymwys i benodiadau cyflogeion lleyg Bwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor.
  • Swydd weithio o gartref yw hon, o fewn cyrraedd y ddwy Ardal Weinidogaeth.
  • Mae hon yn swydd llawn-amser. Bydd modd ystyried telerau rhan-amser, neu delerau gweithio hyblyg (megis gweithio yn unig yn ystod y tymor ysgol).
  • Bydd cyflog o £25,280 yn cael ei gynnig, yn ogystal â chyfraniad pensiwn cyflogwr o 15% o’r cyflog.
  • Bydd dyraniad gwyliau o 28 diwrnod y flwyddyn, yn ogystal â gwyliau cyhoeddus statudol.
  • Mae rhan 1 o atodlen 9 Deddf Cydraddoldeb 2010 yn berthnasol i'r penodiad hwn gan fod y swydd yn mynnu person o ffydd Gristnogol. Mae hefyd angen tystysgrif Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd (DBS) uwch addas.

Cymraeg

Ministry Area Pioneer Youth Projects have been intentionally described as pioneering in recognition that we need to break new ground in our engagement with young people. It is hoped that the projects will be pioneering in developing engagement with young people which goes beyond traditional youth work and will consider creative, visionary and innovative ways in which to inspire young people about a life of faith.

This project will focus on specific projects within the Bro Cadwaladr and Bro Dwynwen Ministry Areas. The focus will be on developing pioneer youth engagement with young people from the wider area attending Ysgol Gyfun Llangefni and Ysgol David Hughes. The first task of the Pioneer Youth Worker will be to scope and develop the shape of projects in conversation with the Education & Engagement group and the Ministry Area Councils of Bro Cadwaladr and Bro Dwynwen


Principal terms

  • The post is offered under terms and conditions of employment applicable to lay employees of the Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance.
  • This is a home-based post, within reach of the two Ministry Areas.
  • This is a full-time post. Part-time terms, or flexible working terms (such as school term-time working only), can be considered.
  • A salary of £25,280 will be offered, in addition to an employer’s pension contribution of 15% of salary.
  • Holiday entitlement will be 28 days per annum, plus statutory public holidays.
  • Part 1 of schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 applies to this appointment as the post requires a person of Christian faith. An appropriate enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate is also required.
