Lansiad o adnoddau digwyddiadau bywyd
Mae'r Eglwys yng Nghymru wedi bod yn cyfarfod ac yn cefnogi pobl yn ystod adegau allweddol yn eu bywydau ers dros 100 mlynedd. Mae'r digwyddiadau bywyd hyn yn rhan greiddiol o'n cenhadaeth a'n gweinidogaeth.

Cyd-weithwyr Tîm Deiniol
Ymunodd Anest Gray Frazer a Tracy Richardson Jones â Thîm Deiniol bum mlynedd yn ôl i'n cefnogi yn ein blaenoriaeth o groesawu plant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd. Ar ôl gwneud cyfraniadau sylweddol yn eu gwaith, mae Anest wedi penderfynu symud ymlaen a dychwelyd i ymgymryd â Gwaith Cymdeithasol, ac mae Tracy yn ymddeol i fwynhau amser gyda'i gŵr a'i theulu ar ôl ymddeol fel Pennaeth yn flaenorol.
Dros y pum mlynedd diwethaf, mae'r tîm Addysg ac Ymgysylltu wedi gallu gwneud cynnydd sylweddol o ran cefnogi ein Hysgolion Eglwys. Mae hyn wedi cynnwys gwaith pwysig mewn partneriaeth â'r Awdurdodau Lleol a Llywodraeth Cymru i ddarparu rhwydweithiau, cymorth ac adnoddau i ddisgyblion, staff ysgolion a llywodraethwyr; cymorth i greu dwy ysgol newydd ar gyfer yr 21ain Ganrif ar Ynys Môn; a chydweithio â chydweithwyr taleithiol i greu adnoddau o ansawdd uchel gan gynnwys Taith Adfent a Ffrindiau'r Byd i gefnogi ysgolion drwy'r pandemig a thu hwnt.
Wrth fyfyrio ar ei rôl yn arwain y tîm Addysg ac Ymgysylltu, dywedodd Anest:
"Rwyf wedi treulio dros bum mlynedd fel rhan o Tîm Deiniol. Bu'n gyfnod o newid i sicrhau bod ysgolion eglwys wrth wraidd gweledigaeth yr esgobaeth ac i greu strwythurau newydd. Mae Cofid wedi dod â'i heriau ei hun yn ogystal â'r cyfle i adlewyrchu ac ail-werthuso fy nyfodol. Teimlais yn gryf y dynfa i ddychwelyd i Waith Cymdeithasol. Gydag emosiynau cymysg rwy'n gadael Esgobaeth Bangor, Tîm Deiniol, yr 16 ysgol eglwys a'r holl blant, staff ymroddedig, arweinwyr ysgolion a llywodraethwyr."
Wrth roi teyrnged i Anest a Tracy, dywedodd Siôn, Ysgrifennydd yr Esgobaeth:
"Mae Anest a Tracy wedi gwasanaethu Esgobaeth Bangor gyda rhagoriaeth, gan adeiladu dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf ymgysylltiad cadarn, credadwy a gofalgar gyda'n Hysgolion Eglwys. Byddaf yn eu colli fel cydweithwyr, tra'n dymuno'r gorau iddynt mewn mentrau newydd.
Dylid cyfeirio cwestiynau am gefnogaeth barhaus gan y tîm Addysg ac Ymgysylltu at Siôn yn y lle cyntaf.

Ffoaduriaid Affganistan
Yr ydym i gyd wedi gweld ar y newyddion drafferthion y ffoaduriaid wrth iddynt geisio diogelwch a rhyddid mewn gwledydd eraill; ac efallai'n meddwl tybed beth allwn ni ei wneud i helpu, fel unigolion neu fel eglwysi ynghŷd. Mae Llywodraeth y DU wedi cytuno i ail-gartrefu 5,000 o bobl a'u teuluoedd, a hyd at 20,000.
Yn Esgobaeth Llandaf, mae 'Pecyn Cymorth Argyfwng Afghanistan' wedi'i lunio ac fe'i hargymhellir i ni gan yr Esgob. Mae'n llawn gwybodaeth. Oeddech chi'n gwybod bod tua 50 o deuluoedd eisoes wedi cael eu hail-gartrefu yma? Mae gan y Pecyn Cymorth awgrymiadau ar sut y gallwn helpu, a hefyd dolenni i weddïau, darlleniadau'r Beibl, fideos a myfyrdodau y gellir eu defnyddio'n unigol neu yn yr eglwys.

Ennyd | Gofalu drosom ein hunain ac eraill
A wnaethoch chi ofyn i chi'ch hun, "Sut ydw i?" yn ystod yr wythnosau diwethaf?
Gadewch i ni aralleirio'r cwestiwn: A wnaethoch chi amser i ofyn i chi'ch hun "Sut ydw i?"
Beth yw'r gwahaniaeth?
Mae bywyd yn brysur ac mae cymaint i'w ffitio ym mhob diwrnod. Sut ydym ni'n penderfynu beth ydym yn rhoi ein amser iddo, a beth nad oes amser ar ei gyfer? Wrth gwrs, mae gwneud rhai pethau yn gwbl angenrheidiol. Gallai'r rhain fod yn bethau a ddisgwylir gennym gan ein cyflogwr, ein teulu neu ein cymuned.Efallai eu bod yn gyfrifoldebau personol a ddewiswn. Mae rhai pethau'n cael eu gwneud yn awtomatig, heb unrhyw benderfyniad ymwybodol, tra bod eraill yn fwy bwriadol neu wedi eu cynllunio.
Ond beth am bopeth arall? A yw'r pethau yr ydym yn dewis gwneud amser ar eu cyfer yn adlewyrchu'r hyn sy'n wirioneddol bwysig?
Tybed, a fyddwch chi'n dewis gwneud amser i chi'ch hun? Beth allai eich ateb i'r cwestiwn hwn ei olygu?

Launch of life events resources
The Church in Wales has been meeting and supporting people during key moments in their lives for over 100 years. These life events represent a core part of our mission and ministry.

Tîm Deiniol colleagues
Anest Gray Frazer and Tracy Richardson Jones joined Tîm Deiniol five years ago to support us in our priority of welcoming children, young people and families. Having made significant contributions in their roles, Anest has taken the decision to move on and return to Social Work practice, and Tracy is retiring to enjoy time with her husband and family having previously retired as a Head Teacher.
Over the past five years, the Education & Engagement team has been able to make considerable progress in supporting our Church Schools. This has included important work in partnership with the Local Authorities and the Welsh Government to provide networks, support and resources for pupils, school staff and governors; support for the creation of two new 21st Century schools on Anglesey; and collaboration with provincial colleagues to create high quality resources including Taith Adfent and Ffrindiau’r Byd to support schools through the pandemic and beyond.
Reflecting on her role leading the Education & Engagement team, Anest said:
"I have spent over five years as part of Tîm Deiniol. It has been a period of change to ensure church schools are at the heart of the diocesan vision and to create new structures. Covid has brought its own challenges as well as the opportunity to reflect and re-evaluate my future. I strongly felt the need to return to social work practice. It is with mixed emotions that I leave the Diocese of Bangor, Tîm Deiniol, the 16 church schools and all the children, committed staff, school leaders and governors"
Paying tribute to Anest and Tracy, Siôn, the Diocesan Secretary, said:
“Anest and Tracy have served the Diocese of Bangor with distinction, building up over recent years a robust, credible and caring engagement with our Church Schools. I will miss them as colleagues, while wishing them all the best in new ventures.”
Questions about ongoing support from the Education & Engagement team should be directed to Siôn in the first instance.

Refugees from Afghanistan
We have all seen on the news the plight of refugees as they seek safety and freedom in other countries; and maybe wondered what can we do to help, as individuals or as a gathered church. The UK Government has agreed to re-settle 5,000 people and their families, and up to 20,000. These will be refugees who come here by an agreed route.
In Llandaff Diocese, an ‘Afghan Crisis Toolkit’ has been put together and is recommended to us the Bishop. It is full of information. Did you know that around 50 families have already been re-settled here? The Toolkit has suggestions on how we can help, and also links to prayers, bible readings, videos and reflections that can be used individually or in church.

Pause | Minding myself and one another
Did you ask yourself, "How am I?" in the last few weeks?
Let's rephrase the question: Did you make time to ask yourself "How am I?"
What's the difference?
Life is busy and there is so much to fit in each day. How do we decide what we give our time to and what there is not enough time for? Of course, there are some things that are non-negotiable. These might be things that are expected of us by our employer, our family or our community. They may be personal responsibilities that we choose. Some things get done automatically, with no conscious decision involved, while others are more deliberate or planned.
But what about everything else? Do the things that we choose to make time for reflect what is truly important?
I wonder, will you choose to make time for yourself? What might your answer to this question mean?
