Cyngor yr Esgob

Caiff gweinidogaeth apostolaidd yr Esgob yn yr esgobaeth ei gefnogi gan Harchddiaconiaid ac Ysgrifennydd yr Esgobaeth. Gyda’i gilydd, maent yn ffurfio Cyngor yr Esgob, sy’n cwrdd ddwywaith y mis i weddïo, myfyrio, trafod a phenderfynu ar faterion gweithredol a strategol.

The Bishop's Council

The Bishop’s apostolic ministry in the diocese is supported by our Archdeacons and the Diocesan Secretary. Together, they form the Bishop’s Council, which meets twice a month to pray, reflect, discuss and decide upon operational and strategic matters.

Leadership, planning and communication

Some members of Tîm Deiniol support episcopal leadership and governance, enable us to improve our planning capacities across the diocese, and help us to communicate effectively.

Meithrin disgyblion a galwedigaethau

Mae rhai aelodau o Dîm Deiniol yn gyfirfol am hybu dau o’n canolbwyntiau esgobaethol hollbwysig, sef magu disgyblion a thyfu gweinidogaethau newydd. Maent yn cefnogi’n cyfundrefnau dirnad galwedigaethol, yn paratoi’n deunydd ysbrydol a gweddïgar rheolaidd, yn cydlynu Coleg y Cyfarwyddwyr Ysbrydol, ac yn gofalu am Lwybr Deiniol.

Nurturing disciples & vocations

Some members of Tîm Deiniol are responsible for helping us to progress two of our vital diocesan priorities: nurturing disciples, and growing new ministries.They are also responsible for supporting our vocational discernment processes, preparing our regular spiritual and prayerful resources, coordinating the College of Spiritual Directors, and overseeing St Deiniol’s Way.

Eiddo a chyllid

Mae rhai aelodau o Dîm Deiniol yn arwain ein cefnogaeth esgobaethol i Ardaloedd Gweinidogaeth ym meysydd eiddo a chyllid wrth iddynt baratoi a gweithredu ein Cynlluniau Datblygu Eiddo a'n Cynlluniau Datblygu Cyllid.

Finance & property

Some members of Tîm Deiniol lead our diocesan support to Ministry Areas in preparing and implementing our Property Development Plans and our Finance Development Plans.

Mae gennym ofal am 16 o ysgolion yr Eglwys yng Nghymru o fewn Esgobaeth Bangor.

Education

We have care of 16 Church in Wales schools within the Diocese of Bangor.

Prosiectau

Mae rhai aelodau o Dîm Deiniol yn gyfrifol am brosiect Llan. Mae eraill yn gyfrifol am brosiect Llefa'r Cerrig sy'n diogelu, adnewyddu, a gwella pump o’n heglwysi mwyaf hardd a hanesyddol.

Projects

Some members of our team are responsible for the Llan project. Others are responsible for the Stones Shout Out project which seeks to preserve, renew and improve five of our most beautiful and historic churches.
