Gweinidog Teulu
Oddi mewn i’r weinidogaeth a ymddiriedwyd gan Grist i’w Eglwys, mae gan y gweinidogion hyn gyfrifoldeb strategol ar gyfer gwaith â Phlant, Ieuenctid a Theuluoedd mewn cyd-destun penodol. Gallant weithio gyda phwyslais arbennig ar blant yn eu harddegau, teuluoedd neu blant o oedrannau penodol. Bydd y rhai a elwir i’r weinidogaeth hon yn gallu darparu tystiolaeth o ddoniau ar gyfer y gwaith hwn, megis empathi a sensitifrwydd wrth ddelio ag anghenion penodol plant a phobl ifanc, y gallu i wneud cysylltiadau rhwng yr Efengyl a bywydau’r bobl y maent yn eu gwasanaethu, a’r ddawn i gydlynu a galluogi rhoddion a brwdfrydedd pobl eraill.
Family Minister
Within the ministry entrusted by Christ to his Church, these ministers have strategic responsibility for Children, Youth and Families work in a particular context. They may work with a particular emphasis on teenagers, families or children of specific ages. Those called to this ministry will be able to show evidence of a gifting for this work, such as empathy and sensitivity in dealing with the particular needs of children and young people, the ability to make connections between the Gospel and the lives of the people they serve, and the facility to coordinate and enable the gifts and enthusiasms of others.
