Efengylydd

Oddi mewn i’r weinidogaeth a ymddiriedwyd gan Grist i’w Eglwys, gelwir Efengylyddion i estyn allan at y rhai sydd ag ychydig neu ddim ffydd, gan gynnig cariad Duw mewn gair a gweithred, a chan geisio eu hymgyrffori o fewn cymdeithas yr eglwys. Maent yn rhannu llawer o nodweddion gydag Arloeswyr; ond tra bod Arloeswyr yn bennaf yn ceisio creu cymunedau ac eglwysi, mae Efengylyddion yn bennaf yn ceisio denu pobl at Grist drwy ddefnyddio adnoddau cymunedau ac eglwysi sefydliedig. Bydd y rhai a elwir i’r weinidogaeth hon yn gallu darparu tystiolaeth o ddoniau ar gyfer y gwaith hwn, megis ymrwymiad pendant i fywyd eu heglwys leol, y gallu i weithio y tu mewn a thu hwnt i strwythurau sefydliedig yr eglwys, ac agwedd hawdd a deniadol wrth ymwneud â phobl o bob cefndir.

Evangelist

Within the ministry entrusted by Christ to his Church, Evangelists are called to reach out to those with little or no faith and offer them the love of God in word and action, and try to draw them into the fellowship of the church. They share many characteristics with Pioneers but differ in that pioneers primarily seek to create communities and churches, while Evangelists primarily seek to draw people to Christ using the resources of pre-existing communities and churches. Those called to this ministry will be able to show evidence of a gifting for this work, including an active commitment to the life of their local church, the ability to work both inside and beyond the established structures of the church, and an easy and attractive way of relating to people of all backgrounds.
