Ffurflenni Blynyddol yr Eglwys yng Nghymru
Yn dilyn derbyn adroddiadau amrywiol mewn cyfarfod Festri Pasg Blynyddol, rhaid i Gyngor Ardal Weinidogaeth gwblhau set o Ffurflenni Blynyddol sy'n cynnwys:
- Ffurflen Ariannol Flynyddol - cynhyrchir un o'r rhain ar gyfer yr Ardal Weinidogaeth gyfan
- Ffurflen Aelodaeth - cynhyrchir un o'r rhain ar gyfer yr Ardal Weinidogaeth gyfan
- Adroddiad Adeiladwaith - mae angen un o'r rhain ar gyfer pob eglwys
Gellir cyflwyno'r adroddiadau ar ffurf papur trwy ddychwelyd ffurflen wedi'i chwblhau i Dŷ Deiniol neu'n electronig.
Ar gyfer eleni hefyd mae Arolwg Claddfeydd.
Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer cyflwyno'r ffurflenni yma yw 30 Mai.

Cyflwyniad Electronig
Mae cyflwyniad electronig o'r holl ffurflenni uchod ar gael i Ardaloedd Weinidogaeth trwy fynd i http://mf.systemserve.ltd.uk/MF/Pages/Default.asp. Mae Corff y Cynrychiolwyr (RB) wedi ysgrifennu at bob arweinydd Ardal Weinidogaeth yn yr Esgobaeth yn gofyn am wybodaeth ynghylch a pwy o fewn eu hardaloedd sydd angen mynediad er mwyn cwblhau'r ffurflenni (Arolwg Cyllid, Aelodaeth, Adeiladwaith a Chladdfeydd). Os ydych angen mynediad i lenwi'r ffurflenni ar-lein, cysylltwch â'n cydweithwyr canlynol yn y RB i gael mynediad i'r safle:

Church in Wales Annual Returns
Following the acceptance of various reports at an Annual Easter Vestry meeting a Ministry Area Council must complete a set of Annual Returns consisting of:
- Annual Financial Return - one of these is produced for the entire Ministry Area
- Membership Return - one of these is produced for the entire Ministry Area
- Fabric Report - one of these is required for each church
The reports can be submitted in paper form by returning a completed form to Ty Deiniol or electronically.
For this year there is also a Burial Ground Survey.
The deadline for submission of these returns is the 30th of May.

Electronic Submission
An electronic submission of all of the above forms is available to Ministry Areas by visiting http://mf.systemserve.ltd.uk/MF/Pages/Default.asp. The Representative Body (RB) has written to every Ministry Area leader in the Diocese requesting information of who within their areas requires access in order to complete the forms (Finance, Membership, Fabric and Burial Ground Survey).
