Croeso i'n Harchddiaconiaid Newydd

Heddiw (6 Mai 2018), mewn gwasanaeth Gosber arbennig yn Eglwys Gadeiriol Deiniol Sant, Bangor, croesawodd Esgobaeth Bangor ei Harchddiaconiaid newydd a nodi dechrau eu gweinidogaethau newydd.

Trwyddedodd yr Hybarch Andy Herrick i fod yn Archddiacon Ynys Môn a'r Hybarch Mary Stallard i fod yn Archddiacon Bangor gan Esgob Bangor, y Gwir Barchedig Andy John. Yna cafodd yr Archddiaconiaid newydd eu gosod i Gabidwl yr Eglwys Gadeiriol gan Ddeon Bangor, y Tra Pharchedig Kathy Jones.

Mynychwyd y gwasanaeth gan bobl a chlerigion o Esgobaeth Bangor, yn ogystal â phobl a chlerigion o Esgobaeth Tyddewi a Llanelwy, lle mae Archddiacon Andy ac Archddiacon Mary wedi bod yn gweinidogaethu yn ddiweddar.

Gweddïwch, os gwelwch yn dda, dros Archddiacon Andy ac Archddiacon Mary, a'u teuluoedd, wrth iddynt ddechrau eu gweinidogaethau newydd yn ein Hesgobaeth.

Welcome to our new Archdeacons

Today (6 May 2018), at a special Evensong service in St. Deiniol’s Cathedral, Bangor, the Diocese of Bangor welcomed its new Archdeacons and marked the beginning of their new ministries.

The Bishop of Bangor, the Right Reverend Andy John licensed and collated the Venerable Andy Herrick to be the Archdeacon of Anglesey and the Venerable Mary Stallard to be the Archdeacon of Bangor. The new Archdeacons were then inducted to the Chapter of the Cathedral by the Dean of Bangor, the Very Reverend Kathy Jones.

The service was attended by people and clergy from the Diocese of Bangor, as well as people and clergy from the Dioceses of St. Davids and St. Asaph, where Archdeacon Andy and Archdeacon Mary have been ministering previously.

Please do pray for Archdeacon Andy and Archdeacon Mary, and their families, as they begin their new ministries in our Diocese.
