Caplan i Esgob Bangor a Chaplan yr Archesgob
Rydym yn ceisio clerigwr Anglicanaidd ordeiniedig i wasanaethu fel Caplan i Esgob Bangor a Chaplan yr Archesgob.
Byddwch yn offeiriad gweddïgar, wedi'ch seilio'n ysbrydol, ac yn ddawnus yn weinyddol wedi'ch galw i gefnogi'r Archesgob yn ei weinidogaeth. Byddwch yn cefnogi gweinidogaeth yr Archesgob wrth iddo wasanaethu'r eglwysi, caplaniaethau a chymunedau ledled yr esgobaeth a ledled Cymru, gan sicrhau bod ei amser a'i egni yn cael eu cyfeirio lle mae ei angen fwyaf.
Mae'r cyfrifoldebau allweddol yn cynnwys:
- Cefnogi gwaith yr Archesgob gyda'r Eglwys yng Nghymru, Cymun Anglicanaidd, a pherthnasoedd eciwmenaidd
- Cynnal rhythm gweddi a myfyrio ysbrydol
- Gwasanaethu fel caplan litwrgaidd a chydlynydd addoli
- Darparu deunyddiau ymchwil a briffio ar gyfer cyfarfodydd a digwyddiadau.
- Gweithio gyda'r EA i reoli gohebiaeth, gwahoddiadau ac amserlennu.

- Sgiliau trefnu a gweinyddol cryf
- Sgiliau cyfathrebu ysgrifenedig a llafar rhagorol

Chaplain to the Bishop of Bangor and Archbishop’s Chaplain
We seek an ordained Anglican cleric to serve as Chaplain to the Bishop of Bangor and Chaplain to the Archbishop of Wales.
You will be a prayerful, spiritually grounded and administratively gifted priest called to support the Archbishop in his ministry. You will support the ministry of the Archbishop as he serves the churches, chaplaincies and communities across the diocese and throughout Wales, ensuring his time and energy are directed where most needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Archbishop's work with the Church in Wales, Anglican Communion, and ecumenical relationships
- Maintaining a rhythm of prayer and spiritual reflection
- Serving as liturgical chaplain and worship coordinator
- Providing research and briefing materials for meetings and events.
- Working with the EA to managing correspondence, invitations and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Theological qualifications and ministry experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively under pressure
The role requires flexibility, including travel throughout Wales and beyond.
Welsh language fluency is desirable. A house in Bangor is provided with the role.
