Mae Ardal Weinidogaeth Bro Cybi yn borth i filoedd o ymwelwyr, gan gynnig cyfleoedd unigryw i gyrraedd pobl leol a thwristiaid gyda'r efengyl.

Mae Bro Cybi yn cwmpasu Ynys Gybi gyfan, oddi ar arfordir gorllewinol Ynys Môn, ac yn gwasanaethu tref borthladd Caergybi gyda chymunedau arfordirol Bae Trearddur a Rhoscolyn. 

Gyda'i hanes cyfoethog o genhadaeth Gristnogol, dyma faes lle mae ffydd a chymuned yn gorgyffwrdd bob dydd.

Bro Cybi Ministry Area is a gateway for thousands of visitors, offering unique opportunities to reach locals and tourists with the gospel. 

Bro Cybi covers the entirety of Holy Island, off the west coast of Anglesey, and serves the port town of Holyhead with the coastal communities of Trearddur Bay and Rhoscolyn. 

With its rich history of Christian mission, this is an area where faith and community intersect daily.

About you

We are seeking a priest who is enthusiastic about sharing the gospel and eager to engage creatively with the distinct opportunities presented by this bustling port town—from ministering to the diverse needs of a tourist population to revitalising the church's presence in a historic, faith-rich community.

  • A visionary leader with an eye for creative worship and meaningful action in the community. 
  • Passionate about sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in an accessible and engaging manner. 
  • Dedicated to enhancing positive connections with civic and voluntary bodies, diocesan projects, and local church initiatives. 
  • Skilled in engaging children and young people to foster a positive relationship with God. 
  • Capable of inspiring and nurturing lay and ordained teams to develop their gifts and strengthen the Ministry Area team. 
  • Keen to grow new vocations, especially among younger people.
  • Demonstrates compassion when dealing with others.
  • Welcomes and supports the expression of Welsh and English in worship.
