Yn dilyn llwyddiant bid Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn (CSYM) am arian o’r Gronfa Ffyniant Bro gan Lywodraeth y DU, hoffai Bwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor benodi pensaer cadwraeth â thrwydded lawn i ddatblygu'r cynlluniau presennol o Gam 03 RIBA ymlaen, gan gynnwys adborth oddi wrth geisiadau am ganiatâd, ac i oruchwylio penodi contractwyr a gweithredu'r cynlluniau ar y safle.
Yn gryno, mae'r cynlluniau'n cynnwys:
- Aildrefnu tu fewn yr eglwys yn llwyr i greu gofod hyblyg yn addas ar gyfer addoli a dibenion eraill.
- Estyniad a thrawsnewidiad ar Eglwys y Bedd (adeilad cyfagos i'r eglwys) yn gaffi.

Dylid dychwelyd ceisiadau dros e-bost at simonogdon@eglwysyngnghymru.org.uk ynghyd ag unrhyw ddogfennau cefnogol. Gellir anfon ffeiliau mawr trwy WeTransfer neu wasanaeth arlein cyfatebol.
Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer dychwelyd y ceisiadau yw hanner dydd, ddydd Iau, 16 Mawrth 2023.
Bydd Bwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor yn rhoi gwybod i’r ymgeiswyr am y penderfyniad caffael dros e-bost yn ystod yr wythnos sy’n cychwyn ddydd Llun 27 Mawrth 2023.

Architectural Services (RIBA Stage 04+) - St Cybi and Eglwys y Bedd, Holyhead
Following the success of the Isle of Anglesey County Council (IACC) bid for UK Government ‘Levelling-up’ (LUF) funding, Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance wishes to appoint a fully conservation-accredited architect to develop the existing plans onwards from RIBA Stage 03, integrating feedback from permissions applications, and supervise appointment of contractors and implementation of the plans on site.
In brief, the works comprise the following:
- Full re-ordering of the church interior to create a flexible space suitable for both worship and other purposes.
- Extension and conversion of Eglwys y Bedd (a building adjacent to the church) into food and beverage retail premises.
Tender Process
Proposals should be returned via email to simonogdon@churchinwales.org.uk along with any supporting documentation. Large files can be sent via WeTransfer or any other equivalent online service.
The deadline for the return of proposals is 12 noon on Thursday 16th March 2023.
Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance will notify bidders of the procurement decision by email week commencing Monday 27th March 2023.
