Gwasanaethau Pensaernïol (Cam 3 - 7 RIBA)
Fel rhan o’r rhaglen Llefa'r Cerrig | Stones Shout Out, cynhyrchwyd cynlluniau ar gyfer Cam 2 RIBA sef gwaith adnewyddu ac aildrefnu Eglwys Cadfan Sant yn Nhywyn. Mae Bwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor yn awyddus i benodi pensaer achrededig mewn cadwraeth i weithio ar y cynlluniau hyn trwy weddill y camau RIBA, gan gynnwys tendro a phenodi contractwyr addas ar gyfer yr ochr ymarferol o gwblhau’r gwaith.
Yn fyr, mae’r cynlluniau yn cynnwys adeiladu estyniad ar ochr ogleddol yr eglwys, darparu toiledau, man cyfarfod a lle i gadw pethau, gosod llawr newydd a rampiau i wella hygyrchedd trwy’r adeilad i gyd, a chreu man arddangos addas yn y corff ar gyfer yr arteffact hanesyddol Carreg Cadfan
Ar hyn o bryd amcangyfrifir mai £1.6m fydd cyfanswm y gost ar gyfer y gwaith. Croesewir tendrau yn y Gymraeg neu’r Saesneg gyda dyfynbrisiau naill ai fel cost absoliwt neu fel canran o gyfanswm cost y gwaith.
Mae’r rhaglen Llefa'r Cerrig | Stones Shout Out yn cynnwys Cadfan Sant a phedair eglwys arall yn esgobaeth Bangor ar hyn o bryd a croesewir ceisiadau gan ddarparwyr posib ar gyfer naill ai eglwysi unigol neu ar gyfer y rhaglen gyfan.

Architectural Services (RIBA Stage 3 - 7)
As part of the Llefa'r Cerrig | Stones Shout Out programme, plans have been produced to RIBA Stage 2 for the renovation and re-ordering of St Cadfan’s Church in Tywyn. Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance are seeking to appoint a conservation-accredited architect to work these plans up through the remaining RIBA stages, including tendering for and appointment of relevant contractors for the practical implementation of the works.
In brief, the plans comprise the construction of an extension to the north side of the church, providing toilet, meeting and storage facilities, installation of a new floor and ramps to improve accessibility throughout the building, and creation of a suitable display space in the nave for the historic Cadfan Stone.
The current estimated total cost of the works is £1.6m. Tenders are welcome in either English or Welsh with quotes either as an absolute cost or a percentage of the total cost of works.
The Llefa'r Cerrig | Stones Shout Out programme currently encompasses St Cadfan’s and four other churches in the Diocese of Bangor and potential suppliers are welcome to bid either for individual churches or for the programme as a whole.
