Ioan 11:1-45
Dyma'r stori o Lazarus, un o ffrindiau Iesu yn marw ond yn dod yn nôl yn fyw eto.
Rhieni: Chi sy'n adnabod eich plant. Mae'r pandemic coronafeirws yn siŵr o godi cwestiynau ychwanegol am Dduw a'i allu i ddod â'r meirw yn nôl yn fyw a gwneud popeth yn iawn eto. Chi sy'n penderfynu faint o'r newyddion i rannu gyda'ch plant. Cymerwch bwyll a defnyddiwch eich disgresiwn..
Trafod gyda'n gilydd
1. Sut mae pobl yn gwybod pryd i ddeffro? Mae rhai yn defnyddio cloc larwm, rhai yn gwrando ar yr adar yn canu ac mae angen sŵn enfawr ar rai i ddeffro. Roedd Lazarus wedi marw. Sut gwnaeth Iesu ei 'ddeffro'? (Os ydych yn ddigon ddewr rhowch sosbenni a llwyau i'r plant cael gwneud sŵn mawr.)
2. Mae'r stori yn dweud bod Iesu wedi crïo. Mae Iesu yn gwybod sut rydym yn teimlo wrth i ni grïo. Beth sy'n gwneud i ti crïo?
3. Sut oeddet ti'n teimlo wrth glywed bod Lazarus wedi marw? Sut wyt ti'n teimlo wrth glywed fod Iesu wedi gwneud iddo fyw eto?

Adeiladwch 'den' gyda'ch gilydd. Gallwch gwneud hyn tu mewn neu yn yr ardd. Gallwch ail-ddweud y stori trwy chwarae rôl. Nid ydym, ar hyn o bryd, yn awgrymu defnyddio papur tŷ bach i lapio o gwmpas Lazarus!

Bydd angen:
Paent wedi ei gymysgu (Unrhyw liw yn iawn)
- Dŵr
- Dysgl bas i bob un
- Olew babi (mae olew llysiau yn iawn ond bydd yn gadael marciau melyn
- Brwsh
- Papur plaen
- Siswrn
Torrwch siapiau allan o'r papur i gynrychioli pobl sy'n drist. Bydd angen i rain ffitio yn y ddysgl nes ymlaen felly cadwch nhw yn weddol fach.
Cymysgwch y paent gyda dŵr fel ei bod yn denau ond gan heb fynd yn rhy denau gan na fydd y lliw yn ymddangos. Rhowch cwpwl o 'dropiau' o olew ar ben y paent. Rhowch y darn o bapur ar wyneb y paent. Bydd y papur yn amsugno'r dŵr a'r olew ond bydd yr olew yn gadael 'dagrau' clir. Gadewch i'r papur sychu gan weddïo y bydd Duw yn sychu dagrau y rhai sy'n drist

John 11:1-45
This is the story of one of Jesus' friends, Lazarus, dying but coming back to life again.
Parents: Please use your discretion when talking with your children about this story. The current coronavirus pandemic might add to questions about why Jesus doesn't bring everyone back to life or make everything okay. You know your children and how you want to address the situation with them.
Talk together
1. How do people know when to wake up? Some use an alarm clock, some listen to the birds singing, some need a very loud noise to wake them up. Lazarus was dead. How did he 'wake up'? (If you're feeling brave give the children some pots and pans to make a loud noise)
2. The story tells us that Jesus wept. Jesus knows how we feel when we cry. What makes you cry?
3. How did you feel when Lazarus died? How do you feel now that Jesus has made him alive again?

You will need:
- Blankets
- Furniture
Make a den together to be the tomb in the story. This could be done inside or outside. You could try re-enacting the story together. We would recommend, at the moment, not using rolls of toilet paper to wrap Lazarus!
A challenge to you parents - try and let the children build the den! 😁
Pray together
You will need:- Ready mixed paint (any colour is fine)
- Water
- A shallow dish each
- Baby oil (vegetable oil is fine but will leave yellow dots)
- A brush
- Plain paper
- Scissors
Cut out some shapes from the paper (these will need to be small enough to place in the shallow dish later). These represent people who are sad.
Mix the paint with water so that it is very thin but don't go too thin or the colour won't show. Drip a few drops of the oil onto the surface of the paint. Take one of the paper shapes and lay it on top of the paint. The paper will soak up the paint and the oil but the oil will leave colourless 'tear drops'. Leave the paper to dry praying that God would wipe away the tears of those you are praying for.
