Wrth y bwrdd gyda'n gilydd
Addoliad syml ar yr aelwyd ar gyfer teuluoedd ifanc
Ymlonyddu gyda'n gilydd
1. Goleuwch gannwyll
2. Darllenwch Genesis 1: 3-5 a Salm 118: 24 o Feibl o'ch dewis
"A dywedodd Duw, “Bydded goleuni.” A bu goleuni. Gwelodd Duw fod y goleuni yn dda; a gwahanodd Duw y goleuni oddi wrth y tywyllwch. A bu hwyr a bu bore, y dydd cyntaf."
"Dyma’r dydd y gweithredodd yr Arglwydd; gorfoleddwn a llawenhawn ynddo."
Trafod gyda'n gilydd
- Sut mae brenin neu frenhines yn edrych? Beth maen nhw'n gwneud?
- Sut wyt ti'n dangos bod rhywun yn bwysig ac yn anhygoel?
- Wyt ti erioed wedi gweld parêd? Sut oedd hi?
Creu gyda'n gilydd
Adeiladu
Bydd angen:
- Nwyddau adeiladu megis blociau adeiladu, dodrefn, llyfrau, dominos - unrhyw beth! Beth bynnag sydd gennych.
Ewch ati i adeiladu Jerwsalem. Mae 'na ddigonedd o luniau mewn Beiblau ac ar y wê i'ch ysbrydoli.
Ac yna, her i chi oedolion (eto) - gadewch i'r plant ei hadeiladu! 😁
Darllen gyda'n gilydd
Darllenwch, allan o Feibl o'ch dewis,
Mathew 21:1-11
Ar ôl i chi ei ddarllen unwaith, darllenwch ef eto gan ei actio gan ddefnyddio'r ddinas a adeiladwyd gennych fel canolbwynt. Gosodwch tedis i weiddi moliant i Iesu wrth iddo reidio. Pwy sy'n ddigon gwirion i fod yr asyn y mae Iesu'n marchogaeth arno?
Gweddïo gyda'n gilydd
Gweddïau palmwydd
Bydd angen:
- Eich dwylo
Gwaeddodd y bobl moliant i Iesu a chwifio'u breichiau a'u dwylo. Siaradwch am yr hyn y mae'n ei olygu i foli rhywun. Gallwn foli rhywun gyda'n geiriau, ein gweithredoedd a'n calonnau.
Mae gennym 5 bys. Meddyliwch am 5 rheswm i foli Iesu - 1 rheswm i bob bys. Ar ôl i chi feddwl am eich rhesymau chwifiwch eich dwylo a gweiddi "Hwrê".
Os ydych chi am wneud hyn yn weithgaredd crefft, fe allech chi dynnu llun o amgylch eich dwylo, eu torri allan ac ysgrifennu'r rhesymau neu ffyrdd o foli. Fe allech chi wedyn atodi'r dwylo wedi'u torri allan i gansen bambŵ neu ffon a gwneud canghennau palmwydd i chwifio. Os oes gennych sialc, fe allech chi dynnu llun o amgylch eich dwylo ar y llawr. Os oes gennych peniau sialc, fe allech chi dynnu llun o amgylch eich dwylo ar y ffenestri a gwneud iddo edrych fel bod yna dorf gyfan o bobl yn chwifio'u dwylo ar bobl sy'n cerdded heibio eich tŷ.
Gorffen gyda'n gilydd
"Bydded i Dduw, ffynhonnell gobaith, eich llenwi â phob llawenydd a thangnefedd wrth ichwi arfer eich ffydd, nes eich bod, trwy nerth yr Ysbryd Glân, yn gorlifo â gobaith."
Daw'r gweddïau ar gyfer "Ymlonyddu gyda'n gilydd" a "Gorffen gyda'n gilydd" o Lyfr Gweddi Gyffredin yr Eglwys yng Nghymru: Gweddi Ddyddiol 2009. Os hoffech chi ddefnyddio gweddïau gwahanol gallwch ddod o hyd i'r amlinelliad llawn yma.
Rydym yn gobeithio cynhyrchu Wrth y bwrdd gyda'n gilydd bob wythnos tra'n bod yn ymatal rhag addoli ar y cyd. Ein gobaith yw cadw mor syml a phosib gan ddefnyddio gwrthrychau ac adnoddau sydd gan teuluoedd ifanc yn barod neu sy'n hawdd i'w hymgynnull. Os oes gennych unrhyw syniadau plîs anfonwch nhw at Naomi Wood.
Together at the table
Simple worship at home for young families
Stilling together
1. Light a candle
2. Read Genesis 1: 3-5 and Psalm 118: 24 from a Bible of your choice.
"God said, ‘Let there be light’, and there was light, and God saw the light was good, and he separated light from darkness. So evening came, and morning came; it was the first day.""This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it."
Talk together
- What does a king or queen look like? What do they do?
- How do you show someone you think they are important and amazing?
- Have you ever seen a parade? What was it like?
Create together
Building control
You will need:
- Any building materials you like. That could be building blocks, furniture, books, dominoes - anything!
Work together to build Jerusalem. There are plenty of images in Bibles and on the web that could help inspire your city.
A challenge to you adults (again) - try and let the children build it! 😁
Read together
Read, from a Bible of your choice
Matthew 21:1-11
After you've read it once, read it again acting it out using the city you built as a focus point. Line up teddies to cheer Jesus as he rides in. Who is silly enough to be the donkey on which Jesus rides?
Pray together
Palm prayers
You will need:
- Your hands
The people shouted praise to Jesus and waved their arms and hands. Talk about what it means to praise someone. We can praise someone with our words, our actions and our hearts.
We have 5 fingers. Think of 5 reasons to praise Jesus- 1 way per finger. After you have thought about them wave your hands and shout "Hurray".
If you wanted to make this into a craft activity you could draw around your hands, cut them out and write the reasons or the ways in which we can praise Jesus. You could then attach the cut out hands to a bamboo cane or a stick and make palm branches to wave. If you have chalk you could draw around your hands on the floor. If you have chalk pens you could draw around your hands on the windows and make it look like there's a whole crowd of people waving their hands at people who walk past your house.
Finish together
"The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may overflow with hope."
Both the "Stilling together" and "Finish together" prayers are taken from the Church in Wales' Book of Common Prayer: Daily Prayer 2009. If you'd like to use a different prayer you can find the full outline here.
We hope to prepare Together at the table each week while public worship is suspended. Our aim is to make them as simple as possible using objects and items most young families may already have at home or can easily access. If you have any craft ideas or suggestions please do send them to Naomi Wood.
