Mae Cyfarwyddwr Cyswllt ‘Llan’ yn ysgwyddo’r cyfrifoldeb cyffredinol am reoli a chyflenwi’r prosiect yn effeithiol. Gan weithio’n agos ag Ysgrifennydd yr Esgobaeth, Cyngor yr Esgob, Cyngor yr Esgobaeth a’r Seiat Ddoethion, mae’r Cyfarwyddwr Cyswllt yn gyfrifol am osod a chyflenwi cyfeiriad strategol ‘Llan’. Gan weithredu fel prif arweinydd ‘Llan’, y Cyfarwyddwr Cyswllt sy’n gyfrifol am arwain Tîm y Prosiect.
Disgwylir i’r Cyfarwyddwr Cyswllt arwain trwy esiampl, gan gynnig arweiniad egnïol, gweladwy, ysbrydoledig a chydweithredol trwy gydol y prosiect, gan gymryd cyfrifoldeb personol am gyflenwi pob gwedd o ‘Llan’ a’i gwasanaethau tra’n galluogi eraill i wneud yr un fath.
Prif delerau
Mae hon yn swydd llawn amser. Bydd yr oriau gwaith o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener 9am-5pm.
Mae’r swydd yn cael ei gynnig o dan y telerau ac amodau cyflogaeth sy’n gymwys i apwyntiadau lleyg eraill gan Fwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor.
Cynigir cyflog gystadleuol ag yn ddibynnol ar gymwysterau a phrofiad, yn ogystal â chyfraniad pensiwn hael.
Bydd hawl i 28 niwrnod o wyliau y flwyddyn, yn ogystal â gwyliau cyhoeddus statudol.

Dylai’ch llythyr cais ddarparu tystiolaeth o’ch addasrwydd ar gyfer y rôl hon drwy ddarparu enghreifftiau i egluro eich meddiant o’r sgiliau a’r profiad a nodir yn y fanyleb person.
Mi fydd cyfweliadau yn cael ei gynnal mewn 2 rhan. Mi fydd rhestr fer yn cael ei llunio ar ôl y dyddiad cau, a fe fyddwn yn gwahodd ymgeiswyr i gyfweliad anffurfiol yn Nhŷ Deiniol. Byddwn yna yn llunio rhestr fer arall ag yn gwahodd ymgeiswyr i gyfweliad ffurfiol â fu'n cynnwys cyfweliad 6 munud o hyd.
Ni ddylai'r llythyr cais fod yn fwy na dwy ochr i dudalen A4.
Dylai’ch CV gynnwys enwau dau ganolwr, a dylai un ohonynt fod yn gyflogwr presennol / mwyaf diweddar.

Job Purpose
The Associate Director of ‘Llan’ assumes overall responsibility for the efficient management and delivery of the project. Working closely with the Diocesan Secretary, The Bishop’s Council, Diocesan Council and the Thinktank, the Associate Director is responsible for setting and delivering the strategic direction of ‘Llan’. Acting as ‘Llan’s’ principal leader, the Associate Director is responsible for leading the Project Team.
The Associate Director is expected to lead by example, providing energetic, visible, inspiring and collaborative leadership throughout the project taking personal responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of ‘Llan’ and its services while empowering others to do the same.
Principle terms
This is a full time post. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The post is offered under terms and conditions of employment applicable to other lay appointments by the Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance.
A very competitive salary offered, dependent on qualifications and experience, in addition to generous employer’s pension contribution.
Holiday entitlement will be 28 days per annum, plus statutory public holidays.

The interview process will be held in 2 parts. Once the closing date has passed, a short list of candidate will be drafted and invited for an informal interview at Tŷ Deiniol. Following this stage, a further shortlist will be drafted and successful candidates will be invited to a formal interview which will consist of a 6 minute presentation.
